Here I Go!!!!

For the last year I have wanted to start a cooking blog, I love to cook, I love to try new recipies and love to share what I've created with lots of people who appreciate it. (Like my co-workers and my son Jake's friends)  I am constantly looking for new recipies and perfecting the ones I have.  I have tried about a hundred chocolate cookie recipies to try to find the perfect one.  I have found lots of great one's, but I don't know that I've found the perfect one . . . but I'm still looking.  I love to cook all kinds of different foods, I cook alot of Italian food, Mexican food, and good old american food.  I like spicey food, but it gets tricky when my husband and son don't.  I've come up with some really great tricks to get great flavor without chunks which is what hubby doesn't like.  So join me on this journey, I'm so exited I can hardly wait . . . . .
